Allocating Portion of Railway Land for Street in the Borough of Mosgiel
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mosgiel and shall be maintained by the said Borough in like manner as other public streets are controlled and maintained by the said Borough.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3Β·7 perches situated in Block II, East Taieri Survey District, being part Deeds Plan 158, Railway Land, being part Section 12; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4549 (S.O. 13022) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 8 perches situated in Block X, Opawa Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Reserve 3980. All the land in Proclamation No. 612, Canterbury Land Registry.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamations dated the 5th day of July 1920 and 25th day of January 1929, and published in Gazettes, 8 July 1920 and 31 January 1929, Volumes II and I, pages 2117 and 230, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and after the day of gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

PART Hoe-o-tainui South 3b and 3c, situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Waitoa Survey District: Area, 337 acres 2 roods 7 perches, more or less. Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 9th day of September 1942, and published in Gazette, 17 September 1942, Volume III, page 2373, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and after the day of gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

The area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County of Southland and included in the City of Invercargill.

The alteration of the boundaries of the said county and the said city hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
