PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
9th day of April 1962.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 9·2 perches situated in
Block VI, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being
part Section 176, Hua District, as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4950 (S.O. 9255)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the
land first described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her
Majesty the Queen by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of
the City of Napier, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No.
8244, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in
the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by
Cyril James Eagle, of Napier, and Ian Ernest Gray, of Napier,
under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 103960, and the
leasehold estate in the land thirdly described in the Schedule
hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Ian Ernest Gray,
of Napier, Allan William Gray, of Napier, and Elizabeth
Calderwood Eagle, of Napier, as tenants in common, under and
by virtue of Crown Lease No. 102153, and the leasehold
estate in the land fourthly described in the Schedule hereto,
held from Her Majesty the Queen by Edward James Hodgkinson, of Napier, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 8245,
and the leasehold estate in the land fifthly described in the
Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by R. G.
Burns, Ltd., of Napier, under and by virtue of Crown Lease
No. 101647, is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
