Declaring Land to be Crown Land
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the
Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 7 acres 2 roods, more or
less, being the land known as Parekarangi A 13, situated in
Block V, Tarawera Survey District. (M.L. Plan 17874.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 31st day of March 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes
of the Hurunui-Waitaki Railway (Southbridge Branch) and
the land taken in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for road diversion in connection therewith.

Situated in Block V, Halswell Survey District, Paparua
County, (S.O. 9884.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17613
deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Welling-
ton, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 27th day of March 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing
purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 9th day of April 1962.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 20·2 perches
situated in the Borough of Kawerau, being Lot 2, D.P. S.
6176, being part Allotment 39, Parish of Matata.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 31st day of March 1962.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for teachers' residences;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 9th day of April 1962.
