its northernmost corner; thence southerly generally along the
eastern boundaries of the land shown on Survey Office Plan
5309 aforesaid to the eastern side of Hill Road, along the
said eastern side of Hill Road to the north-eastern corner of
part Subdivision 3 of Lot 5, D.P. 471; thence westerly generally
along the southern side of Hill Road, to and across Waimata
Road, along the southern side of Waimata Road, to and
across the Waiteata Stream to its right bank; thence north-
easterly generally along the said right bank to the north-
western boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 1863, along the north-western
boundaries of said Lot 4 and of Lots 3, 2, and 1, D.P. 1863,
the north-eastern boundary of said Lot 1, the north-western
boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 4829, and part Lot 35, D.P. 214,
to the south-eastern corner of Lot 9, D.P. 4391, along the
north-eastern boundaries of said Lot 9, Kingsley Street, Lots
18 and 17, D.P. 1863, and the production of the last-mentioned
boundary to the middle of Fox Street, along the middle of
Fox Street to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary
of Lot 10, D.P. 1812, to and along the said boundary to the
point of commencement.

Third area, all that area in the Gisborne Land District,
County of Cook, containing an area of 21 acres 3 roods and
8·1 perches, more or less, bounded by a line commencing

at the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 3559, in Block
VII, Turanganui Survey District, being a point on the boundary
of the City of Gisborne as described in Gazette, 1956, pages
409, 410, and proceeding south-easterly generally along the
north-eastern boundaries of Lot 1 aforesaid, Lot 1 D.P. 4300,
Wallis Road, Lot 20, D.P. 4300, Lot 1, D.P. 4580, to the
easternmost corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence southerly
generally along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 1, 2, and
3, D.P. 4580, Lots 23, 24, and 39, D.P. 4300, the north-eastern
boundaries of Wallis Road, and Lot 31, D.P. 4300, the south-
eastern boundaries of said Lot 31 and of Lots 32, 33, 34, 35,
36, 37, 38, D.P. 4300, to the southernmost corner of the last-
mentioned lot; thence north-westerly generally along the south-
western boundaries of Lots 38 and 40, D.P. 4300, to the
westernmost corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence north-
easterly, north-westerly, and south-westerly along the south-
eastern, north-eastern, and north-western boundaries of Kaiti
322 Block to the intersection with the south-eastern side of
Beach Road; thence north-easterly along the said south-eastern
side and its production across Norwood Road to the western-
most corner of Lot 1, D.P. 3559, along the north-western
boundary of the said Lot 1 to the point of commencement.
