  1. To receive a statement of the position of the company's affairs together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims.

    Notice is hereby given that the scheme prepared by the trustees in the estate of Patrick Joseph Flannagan, deceased, for variation of the trusts relating to the funds in the said estate, which application was filed in the Supreme Court, New Plymouth, on the 30th day of March 1961, as amended by a final scheme filed in the Court on the 26th day of February 1962, was considered by Mr Justice Haslam on the 16th day of March 1962 and an order was then made approving the said scheme.
