Declaration that a Reserve Form Part of the Nukumaru Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Nukumaru Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve to Scenic Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to Purakaunui Falls Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes and, further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Purakaunui Falls Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the South-east Otago Scenic Board.

Revoking Notice Declaring Areas Exempted from Portions of the Motor Launch Regulations 1958

PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1958, the Minister of Marine hereby revokes the notice of 15 February 1962* declaring that regulations 9 and 10 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1958 shall not apply to described areas of Lake Te Anau.
