BOUNDARIES OF WAIMAPU RIDING
All that area in the South Auckland Land District in the Tauranga County bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 909 (Waianuanu) on the western boundary of Block II, Opoutihi Survey District, and proceeding easterly generally along the north-eastern boundary of Mangatotara 1A, to and north-easterly generally along the left bank of the Ngamuwahine River, to and along the south-eastern boundaries of the part Kumi Kumi No. 1 shown on D.P. 7156, and parts Kumi Kumi No. 2, to and along the left bank of the Wairoa River, to and along the line of mean high water of the southern shores of the Tauranga Harbour to the western boundary of the Borough of Tauranga; thence southerly generally along the boundary of the said borough as hereinbefore described to the south-western side of Faulkner Street; thence north-westerly along that side of the said street to and again southerly along the generally eastern boundary of Allotment 524, Te Papa Parish, along a right line across a public road, to and along the generally eastern boundary of Allotment 527, Te Papa Parish, and along the north-eastern side of Chadwick Road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Allotment 245, Suburbs of Greerton; thence along a right line to and along that north-western boundary, along the north-western boundary of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. S. 1360, and along the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 22, Te Papa Parish (Tauranga Racecourse Domain), to and along the north-western side of State Highway No. 29 to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 3, Deeds Plan 239; thence easterly generally along a right line to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 3 and 4, Deeds Plan 239, aforesaid, along the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 31, the north-western boundary of Allotment 33, and the north-western, north-eastern, and eastern boundaries of Allotment 34, all the aforesaid allotments being of Te Papa Parish, to a public road; thence due east along a right line across that road, to and along the left bank of the Waimapu River, and along the line of mean high water of the Tauranga Harbour, to and along the southern boundary of the Borough of Tauranga as hereinbefore described, to the left bank of the Kaitemako Stream; thence southerly generally along that left bank to and along the north-western and eastern boundaries of part Lot 1, D.P. 9292, and the eastern boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 9292, in Block XV, Tauranga Survey District, and Block IV, Otanewainuku Survey District, along the eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 7603, and the northern and eastern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. S. 1502, along the eastern boundary of Section 10s and the eastern and southern boundaries of Section 14s, both of Ohauiti Settlement, along a right line across a public road to and along the southern boundary of Lot 13, D.P. 7603, along the eastern boundaries of Sections 15s, 16s, 26s, 27s, and 29s, the eastern end of a public road, and the eastern boundary of Section 30s, all the aforesaid sections being of Ohauiti Settlement, along the northern and eastern boundaries of Waoku 2A, the eastern boundaries of Waoku 2B, part Waoku 2, Lot 4, D.P. S. 4771³, Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. S. 5469, Lot 1, D.P. S. 4771⁴, another part of Waoku 2, and Section 3, Block XVI, Otanewainuku Survey District, and along a right line being the last-mentioned eastern boundary produced to the middle of a public road; thence again southerly generally along the middle of that road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Taumata 3c East B; thence along a right line to and along that eastern boundary and the eastern boundary of Taumata 3A 2B crossing two intervening public roads, and along a right line being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Mangorewa River; thence westerly and north-westerly generally along the boundaries of the County of Tauranga as hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.

Reserve Bank of New Zealand
PURSUANT to section 45 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1933 (as amended by section 23 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Amendment Act 1936), the Governor of the Reserve Bank, acting with the authority of the Minister of Finance, hereby gives notice that, as from 23 March 1962, the balance to be maintained in the Reserve Bank by each other bank for the time being carrying on business in New Zealand in accordance with the said section 45 shall be such that when added to that bank’s holding of Reserve Bank notes, it shall be equal to not less than 18 per cent of its demand liabilities in New Zealand, plus 10 per cent of its time liabilities in New Zealand, as shown in the last preceding monthly return furnished by that bank in accordance with section 46 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1933.
Provided that the minimum balance to be maintained at the Reserve Bank shall not be less than 7 per cent of its demand liabilities in New Zealand, plus 3 per cent of its time liabilities in New Zealand.
For the purpose of this calculation a bank’s holding of Reserve Bank notes shall be as shown in the latest available weekly return provided under the Statistics Act 1955.
