CORRIGENDUM
IN the supplement to the Gazette dated 16 March 1962 the boundaries of the Electoral Districts of Selwyn and Lyttelton were wrongly described and should read as follows:
SELWYN
All that area comprising the Counties of Tawera, Malvern, Selwyn, Springs, and Ellesmere, the No. 1 Riding of the County of Halswell, that portion of the No. 2 Riding of the County of Halswell north of Cashmere Road, the County of Paparua excepting that part included in the Electoral District of Riccarton hereinafter described, and the Mount Hutt, South Rakaia, and Wakanui Ridings of the County of Ashburton, and that portion of the Upper Ashburton Riding of the County of Ashburton lying to the north-east of the right bank of the North Branch of the Ashburton River.
LYTTELTON
All that area comprising the Borough of Lyttelton, the Counties of Akaroa, Heathcote, Mount Herbert, Wairewa, and Chatham Islands, those portions of the City of Christchurch lying to the south of the Electoral Districts of Sydenham, Christchurch Central, and Avon hereinbefore described and excluded therefrom, the No. 3 Riding of the County of Halswell, that portion of the No. 2 Riding of the County of Halswell south of Cashmere Road; and Ripa and Quail Islands and adjacent islands.
The date for written objections is changed from Tuesday, the 17th day of April 1962, to Tuesday, the 24th day of April 1962.
Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in Block III, Marotiri Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of March 1962.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 7 acres and 25 perches situated in Block III, Marotiri Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Tihoi No. 3B, 8B, 2B, 3, 4, 6, and 8, Subdivision B Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4886 (S.O. 40256) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of March 1962.
