WESTLAND COUNTY COUNCIL
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that height restrictions imposed
by the Westland County Council to safeguard flying on the
Old Southside Aerodrome and notified in the Gazette, of 1937,
page 1830, is hereby revoked.
A copy of the above Gazette extract can be inspected at
the office of the Westland County council at Hokitika during
business hours.

DUNEDIN CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public Notification of Dunedin District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of
the Dunedin City Council made on the 5th day of March
1962, a district scheme has been recommended for approval
under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme
relates to Dunedin City. The scheme has been deposited in the
Town Clerk's Office and City Engineer's Office, Municipal
Chambers, Dunedin, Public Library, Moray Place, and the
District Land Registrar's Office, Dunedin, in accordance with
section 22 (1) of that Act, and is there open for inspection
without fee to all persons interested therein at any time when
the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in
writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town
and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged
at the office of the Council at any time not later than 5 p.m.
on Monday, 18 June 1962. At a later date every objection will
be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to
support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard
at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in
writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF VARIATIONS TO THE WAIPAWA
COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, in exercise of powers
conferred by section 22 (1) of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1953, the Waipawa County Council, pursuant
to a resolution made on the 19th day of February 1962,
recommend for approval variations to the Waipawa County
District Scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act
1953. The scheme relates to the County of Waipawa, and the
variations are to Ordinances 2, 9, 10, and 13 of the Code
of Ordinances dated May 1959.
The variations to the scheme have been deposited in the
offices of Waipawa County Council, 32 Ruataniwha Street,
Waipawa, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act,
and are there open for inspection without fee during office
hours.
Objections to the variations or to any part thereof shall
be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to
the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall
be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later
than the 22nd day of June 1962. At a later date every
objection will be open for public inspection and any person
who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be
entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies
the County Clerk in writing.

evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be
received by the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the
day preceding publication.

the first insertion and 6d. per line for the second and any
subsequent insertions.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing)
subscription £2 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
35s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and
1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
