A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of March 1962.

All that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 29·2 perches situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Otahuhu, Auckland R.D., and being part land on D.P. 15758, being part Fairburn's O.L.C. 269A; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4868 (S.O. 42779) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
