Declaration that Reserves Form Part of the Stoke Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserves for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Stoke Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in the Wellington City Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for military purposes to a reserve for recreation and, further, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, in trust, for recreation purposes.

Licensing Golden Bay Distributors Ltd., of Auckland, to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of Parapara Inlet at Milnthorpe as a Site for a Breastwork and Landing

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Golden Bay Distributors Ltd., of Auckland (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Parapara Inlet at Milnthorpe, as shown on plans marked M.D. 11085 and 11086 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a breastwork and landing as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the First Schedule hereto, and prescribes that the dues and rates set forth in the Second Schedule hereto shall be charged and taken by the licensee for the use of the said breastwork and landing.
