The Foxhill Cemetery Order 1962

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 19th day of
February 1962
Present:
THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
1.(1) This order may be cited as the Foxhill Cemetery
Order 1962.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of
March 1962.
2.The Waimea County Council is hereby appointed to be
the trustee of the Foxhill Cemetery, being the area described
in the Schedule hereto, and shall have the control and
management of that cemetery under and for the purposes of
the Cemeteries Act 1908.
3.(1) The delegation to the Waimea County Council of the
powers of appointing and removing trustees of the said
cemetery made by Order in Council dated the 18th day of
September 1933* is hereby revoked.
(2) The said Order in Council is hereby accordingly
amended by omitting from the second column of the Schedule
thereto the word "Foxhill".
SCHEDULE
FOXHILL CEMETERY
All that area in the Nelson Land District containing 2 acres
3 roods 6 perches, more or less, being Section 196, District of
Waimea South, situated in Block XV, Wai-iti Survey District,
and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of
title, Volume 16, folio 49, Nelson Registry: as shown on the
plan marked 191/2/253 held in the office of the Department
of Health, Head Office, Wellington, which plan is a copy of
Survey Office Plan 4757.

The Waihola Cemetery Order 1962

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 19th day of
February 1962
Present:
THE HON. J. R MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
1.(1) This order may be cited as the Waihola Cemetery
Order 1962.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of
March 1962.
2.The Bruce County Council is hereby appointed to be the
trustee of the Waihola Cemetery, being the area described in
the Schedule hereto, and shall have the control and management of that cemetery under and for the purposes of the
Cemeteries Act 1908.
- The delegation to the Bruce County Council of the powers
of appointing and removing trustees of the said cemetery
made by Order in Council dated the 14th day of January
1886 is hereby revoked, and the said Order in Council is
hereby revoked so far as it relates to the Waihola Cemetery.

WAIHOLA CEMETERY
All that area in the Otago Land District, Bruce County,
containing 7 acres and 38Β·5 perches, more or less, being
Section 43B, Block VII, Waihola Survey District; as shown on
plan marked 191/2/543 held in the Department of Health,
Wellington, and thereon edged red, which plan is a copy of
Survey Office Plan 13066.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 19th day of
February 1962
Present:
THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares
that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Invercargill and be
under the control and management of the Invercargill City
Council.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 4Β·4 perches situated in the
City of Invercargill, being Lot 637, D.P. 5761, being also part
Section 6, Block I, Invercargill Hundred, Southland R.D.

THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 90 of the Education Act 1914, as
amended by section 10 of the Education Amendment Act 1952,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.
ORDER - This order may be cited as the Warkworth Post-primary
School Board of Governors Order 1962. - The constitution of the Board of Governors of Wark-
worth Post-primary School, prescribed by section 90 of the
Education Act 1914, is hereby varied so that the school shall
be controlled by a Board of Governors constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education
Board:
(b) Five members elected by the parents of the pupils
attending the school:
(c) One member appointed by the school committee of
the Leigh Public School:
(d) One member appointed by the school committee of the
Matakana Public School:
(e) One member appointed by the school committee of the
Ahuroa Public School:
(f) One member apointed by the school committee of the
Kaipara Flats Public School:
(g) One member appointed by the school committee of the
Warkworth Public School:
(h) One member to be co-opted by the Board of Governors
itself, if and when it thinks fit.

Appointment of Chairman of Government Service Tribunal

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 4th day of
December 1961
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to sections 3 and 4 of the Government Service
Tribunal Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council and on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,
hereby appoints
Kendrick Gee Archer, Esquire,
Judge of the Land Valuation Court and a temporary Judge
of the Court of Arbitration, as a member and as Chairman
of the Government Service Tribunal to act in place of W. F.
Stilwell, Esquire, the Judge of the Government Service Tri-
bunal, during the absence of the latter.
