EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title for Volume 159, folio 154, containing 35 acres 3 roods 18 perches, more or less, being Section 118 of the Parish of Kaiaka, in the name of James Henry Bruce Foster, of Fairburns, farmer, having been lodged with me together with an application (K. 98466) to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

I hereby give notice, pursuant to the power conferred upon me by the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, that, by an alteration to the rules of Technical-Shirley Rugby Football Club Incorporated, duly authorised by the members thereof, the name of Technical-Shirley Rugby Football Club Incorporated was altered to Shirley Rugby Football Club Incorporated as from 23 November 1961.
