SPECIAL ORDER

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Amuri County Council hereby resolves by way of special order as follows:

That the following plants in the First Schedule of the said Act be and are hereby declared to be noxious weeds within the whole of the County of Amuri.

Blackberry (Rubus fruticosus and Rubus laciniatus). Cape tulip (Homeria collina). Common broom (Cytisus scoparius). Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare). Gorse (Ulex, any species). Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha and Crataegus monogyna). Malta thistle (Centaurea melitensis). Saffron thistle (Carthamus lanatus). Star thistle (Centaurea calcitrapa). Sweetbrier (Rosa eglanteria syn. Rosa rubiginosa). Yellow star thistle (Centaurea solstitialis). Grecian thistle (Chamaepeuce afra).
