Revoking Foreshore Licence—Horeke-Hokianga Harbour

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee, hereby revokes the Order in Council of the 17th day of August 1955 granting a licence to Eric George Alexander Gray (which was subsequently assigned to Douglas Albert Heatley and Gwendoline Mabel Heatley) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Hokianga Harbour, at Horeke, as shown on plan marked M.D. 6326 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a motor garage.
