A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 42 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 17th day of October 1953, to be road.

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 3rd day of August 1949, and published in Gazette, 4 August 1949, Volume II, page 1625, appointing non-elective members of the Wairarapa Catchment Board, by deleting “Instructor in Agriculture, Department of Agriculture, Masterton”, and substituting “Farm Advisory Officer (Soil Conservation), Department of Agriculture, Masterton”.
