Land Taken for Road in Block IV, Dunback Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of February 1962.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 4·9 perches, situated in Block IV, Dunback Survey District, being part Section 23; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1320 (S.O. 12412) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of January 1962.
