Licensing Panmure Yacht and Boating Club (Incorporated) to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Tamaki River at Panmure as a Site for a Boat Hauling-out Area and a Groyne

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Panmure Yacht and Boating Club (Inc.) (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Tamaki River at Panmure, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10935 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a boat hauling-out area and stage one and stage two of a groyne, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Iron and Steel Industry Act 1959, the Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice:
