COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT ALL that portion of road containing 32·5 perches, situated in Block XIII, Mount Robinson Survey District, Wellington R.D., adjoining Lots 5 and 6, D.P. 4291, being part Manawatu-Kukutauaki 7D 3A and part Horowhenua 11B 36–4A; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141542 (S.O. 22822) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of January 1961.

SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY KETETANGARIKI B 2c Block, situated in Block III, Tutamoe Survey District: Area, 40 acres 1 rood 13 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 8/48 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (M.L. Plan 10702.) SCHEDULE SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA CONSERVANCY SECTION 6, Block XII, Tauhara Survey District, Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block IX, Otukotara Survey District, Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block XIII, Otukotara Survey District, Section 1, Block I, Maruanui Survey District, and Sections 3, 4, and 5, Block II, Maruanui Survey District, all formerly closed road, Proclamation No. S. 153858: Total area, 59 acres and 8·5 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 54/19 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plans 39096 and 39098.) Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of January 1961.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the assignment to Rupert Tamatiki Dawson, of Half-Moon Bay, Stewart Island, fisherman, of the rights, powers, and privileges under an Order in Council dated the 12th day of December 1956, and published in the Gazette on the 13th day of the same month at page 1773, authorising William Raymond Hopkins, of Half-Moon Bay, Stewart Island, fisherman, to erect and use certain electric lines, and further hereby amends the said Order in Council by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting therefor the following Schedule:
