A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction contained in Order in Council S. 146170, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of February 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 28·8 perches, situated in the Borough of Paeroa, being Lot 3, D.P. S. 5668, being part Hararahi No. 1 Block. All certificate of title, Volume 1492, folio 9, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by Notice S. 3118, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of February 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 11 perches situated in Block VII, Patoka Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 8700, being part Block 7, Patoka Crown Grant District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1935 (S.O. 3267) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a substation and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of February 1961.

An Easement Over Land Taken for Waterworks Purposes in the Borough of One Tree Hill

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the First Schedule hereto for waterworks purposes vesting in perpetuity in the body corporate called the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland full, free and uninterrupted right, liberty, authority, and license from time to time and at all times hereafter to convey water under, along, and over the said land, and for such purpose to lay, construct, relay, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a water pipeline and main or any number of water pipelines and mains of such size and type as the Corporation shall think fit through the said land, and to convey water in unimpeded flow through such pipes and mains and for such purposes by its engineers, surveyors, servants, agents, employees, workmen, and contractors to enter upon and to pass and repass over the said land with or without horses or vehicles, laden or unladen, and materials, machinery, and implements, to make on the said land any cuttings, fillings, grades, batters,
