Station 149, Moutahora, along the western boundary of the said Whakapaupakihi No. 2 and the north-western boundaries of Motu No. 1 and 2B 6, Lots 1, D.P. 3207, and 2 D.P. 2185, to Pokaikiri Trig. Station. along the north-western boundaries of Section 2, Block V, and part Section 2, Block IX, Motu Survey District, to and across the Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne State Highway No. 2 and again along the north-western boundaries of the said part Section 2, part Section 1, and Section 4, Block IX, Motu Survey District, Sections 3, 2, and 6, Block XII, and 3 Block XV, Moanui Survey District, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to and along the north-western boundary of Block XIII, Moanui Survey District, to the eastern boundary of Urewera National Park; thence southerly generally along the eastern boundary of the said Urewera National Park and the eastern boundary of Paharakeke Block to its intersection with a right line between Maungatapere and Maungapohatu Trig. Stations and along that right line to the middle of the Wai- ngaro Stream in Block XII, Ruatahuna Survey District; thence northerly generally along the middle of the said Waingaro and Mangatoatoa Streams and the Tauranga and Waimana Rivers to the south-western boundary of Waimana 1D 5B in Block VIII, Waimana Survey District, along that boundary to Trig. Station D, Paitaua, the north-western boundaries of Tahora 2A D, Section 2, and 2A E No. 1, Section 2, Lots 2 and 1 of Section 2 and Section 1, Block VIII, Waimana Sur- vey District, to and across a public road and again along the north-western boundary of the said Section 1, Block VIII, Waimana Survey District, along the eastern boundary of Section 21, Block IV, Waimana Survey District, to and across a public road and again along the said eastern and north-eastern boundaries of the said Section 21 and the eastern side of a public road to the northern boundary of Section 2, Block IV, Waimana Survey District, being also a point on the boundary of the Bay of Plenty Electric Power District; thence easterly and northerly generally along the said boundary of the Bay of Plenty Electric Power District as described in Gazette, 1959, page 342, to the point of commencement.

As the said area is shown outlined in brown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 581 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

Declaring Access Ways to be Vested in the Corporation of the Borough of Te Awamutu and to be Under the Control and Management of the Te Awamutu Borough Council

COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 13th day of December 1961 Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Exce- lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access ways described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Te Awamutu, and be under the control and management of the Te Awamutu Borough Council.

COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 13th day of December 1961 Present:

Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

Pursuant to the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, as amended by section 2 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the closing of those portions of street known as Osler Street in the Borough of Wairoa described in the Schedule hereto.
