A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a rubbish-tip site, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Amuri as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1961.

Canterbury Land District
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block V, Lyndon Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P.
5329 Part Sections 72 and 73, Square 83, Amuri; coloured blue on plan.
2030 Part bed of Hanmer River; coloured orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4449 (S.O. 9653) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 3·8 perches situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 17, Deeds Plan S. 60, No. 2, being part Allotment 7, Section 11, Suburbs of Auckland.
