I, Thomas Frederick Basire, General Manager of the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Co. of New Zealand Ltd., do solemnly and sincerely declare:

1. That the liability of the members is limited.

2. That the capital of the company is £106,250, divided into 25,000 shares of £4 5s.

3. That the number of shares issued is 25,000.

4. That calls to the amount of 20s. (twenty shillings) per share have been made under which the sum of £25,000 has been received.

5. That the amount of moneys received on account of estates under administration during the six months ended 30 September 1961 is £1,561,375 17s. 2d.

6. That the amount of all moneys paid on account of estates under administration during the six months ended 30 September 1961 is £1,333,002 15s. 4d.

9. That the assets of the company on that date were: Government securities, £6,000; other securities, £487,937; bills of exchange and promissory notes, nil; cash on deposit and at bank, £304,095.

ADMINISTRATION ACT 1952

In the matter of the Administration Act 1952 and its amendments and in the matter of the estate of Reginald Robert Edward Phelan, late of Dunedin, painter, deceased.

Notice is hereby given that the Public Trustee of New Zealand, on the 6th day of December 1961, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at Dunedin electing to administer the abovementioned estate under Part IV of the Administration Act 1952, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realised, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.

I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, Moray Place, Dunedin, on the 18th day of December 1961, at 2.30 p.m. All creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act 1908. Proof of debt forms may be procured at my office.
