NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the shareholders of the above company will be held on Tuesday, 19 December 1961, at 2.30 p.m., at 29A Queens Road, Panmure, Auckland, for the purpose of presenting the liquidator’s account of the winding up of the company.

HUTT VALLEY DEVELOPMENT CO. LTD.

IN LIQUIDATION

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Hutt Valley Development Co. Ltd. (in liquidation). NOTICE is hereby given that, a declaration of solvency having been filed by an entry in its minute book, the above-named company passed the following resolution:

“(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
“(2) That Alastair Stuart Munro, of Wellington, public accountant, be appointed liquidator of the company.
“(3) That the liquidator shall have the powers conferred upon liquidators by law.”

And further notice is given that the 18th day of December 1961 has been fixed by the liquidator as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the above-mentioned Act, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

The liquidator’s address for service is at the offices of Messrs A. S. Munro and Benge, Public Accountants, 34 Druids’ Chambers, Wellington.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of the Farmers Development Co. Ltd.

NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held on the 29th day of November 1961, the following special resolutions were passed by the company, namely:

“(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
“(2) That George F. Merriman, Public Accountant, 24 Esk Street, Invercargill, be and is hereby appointed liquidator.”
