Changing the Name of a Scenic Reserve and Naming a Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the name of the Scenic Reserve described in the First Schedule hereto from Upper Pareora Scenic Reserve to Pareora Scenic Reserve and, further, names the scenic reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto Upper Pareora Scenic Reserve.
