Declaring Lands in Taranaki and Wellington Land Districts, Vested in the South Auckland and Wellington Education Boards as Sites for Public Schools, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board, as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
PART Rangitoto-Tuhua 72B 3A, being part of the land on D.P. 3973, situated in Block III, Mapara Survey District: Area, 5 acres and 30.2 perches, more or less. Pursuant to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the area of land described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge in the Tauranga Acclimatisation District for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.

Pursuant to section 3 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General, at the request of the National Roads Board, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the construction of a motorway commencing in the Borough of Onehunga and proceeding thence generally in a southerly and south-easterly direction across the Manukau Harbour and through the Mangere Bridge County Town, the County of Manukau, the Borough of Papatoetoe, and again the County of Manukau, and terminating at the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway north of the Borough of Manurewa.
