Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block VII, Opuawhanga Survey District, Whangarei County

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of December 1961.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 1 rood 18 perches situated in Block VII, Opuawhanga Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Section 42; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2995 (S.O. 40841) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of November 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land first described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school, and the land secondly described in the said Schedule is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of December 1961.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Tuapeka West Survey District, described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 3 9·4 Part Section 33; coloured blue on plan.
4 1 15·1 Part Section 34; coloured orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4150 (S.O. 13079) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject to notice of building-line restriction No. 457143, Wellington Land Registry, and subject, as to Lots 7, 8, and 9, D.P. 22774, to the condition of consent to the granting or reserving of rights of way No. 489290, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of December 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes, subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 2871, Auckland Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of December 1961.
