Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the portion of road described in the
Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in
Council, become Government road.

a permanent commission in the Administrative and Supply
Branch (Equipment Division), Regular Air Force, with his
present rank and seniority, with effect from 28 August 1961.
RESERVE OF AIR FORCE OFFICERS
Appointment
Edgar Francis Harvie, A.F.c. (134239), is granted a commission
in the General Duties Branch, Reserve of Air
Force Officers, for a period of four years in the rank of
Squadron Leader with seniority from 25 August 1958, with
effect from 25 October 1961.
Extensions of Commissions
