Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

All that piece of land containing 0·7 of a perch situated in Block XIV, Hinds Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Rural Section 37951; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4101 (S.O. 9846), and thereon coloured red.

Revoking Licence Authorising Walter John Robertson to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Land below Low-water Mark at Mangawai Harbour as a Site for a Metalled Road

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 13th day of November 1961
Present:
THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the licence of the 30th day of November 1955 authorising Walter John Robertson to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Mangawai Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 9899 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a metalled road thereon.

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.
