Crown Land at Rotorua Set Apart for Railway Purposes
Subject to a Building-line Restriction
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 123548, Auckland Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of November 1961.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of Crown land containing together 1 rood 30·3 perches situated in Block IV, Horohoro Survey District, being Lots 327 and 328, D.P. S. 5621, being part Kaitao Rotohokahoka 3c 3B Block. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 866, folio 108, Auckland Registry.
Situated in Rotorua County.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of November 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of November 1961.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2 roods 34·5 perches situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lots 23, 24, 25, and 26, D.P. 10247, being part Te Whare-o-Maraenui Block, part old bed of Tutaekuri River, and part Section 2r, Block VIII, Heretaunga Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of November 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, are hereby set apart for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of November 1961.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 7·8 perches situated in Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 5, D.P. 44093. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1500, folio 64, Auckland Land Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 15·6 perches situated in Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 3, L.T. Plan 47143. Part certificate of title, Volume 1882, folio 18, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of November 1961.
