Authorising the Laying Off of a Street off Ohaupo Road in the City of Hamilton, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 6th day of November 1961

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Hamilton City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 4116 referred to in the Schedule hereto within a distance of 15 ft from the side lines of the said street.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

THAT proposed street containing 1 rood 29·8 perches, being Lot 5, L.T. plan S. 7230, and part Lot 5, D.P. 16443, being part Allotment 50, Parish of Te Rapa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4116 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 45 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 4112 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 15 ft from the side lines of the said street.

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Birkenhead Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 41 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lot 7 of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 4079 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 35 ft from the centre line of the said street, or on Lots 8, 9, 10, and 11 of the said subdivision within a distance of 45 ft from the centre line of the said street.

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Palmerston North City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 46 and 47 of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 4106 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 10 ft from the side line of the said street, or on Lots 13, 14, 15, 43, and 44 of the said subdivision within a distance of 13 ft of the side line of the said street.

Constituting the Kuriwao Rabbit District (Notice No. Ag. 7427)

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 6th day of November 1961

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, at the request of the Minister of Agriculture, made on the recommendation of the Rabbit Destruction Council, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby constitutes and declares the area of land, the boundaries of which are described in the Schedule hereto, being an area to which subsection (1) of section 14 of the Rabbits Act 1955 applies, a rabbit district, and appoints that the name of the said rabbit district shall be the Kuriwao Rabbit District, and orders that the basis on which the rabbit board to be established for the said district shall first levy its general rate shall be the acreage of land occupied by the ratepayer.

BOUNDARIES OF THE KURIWAO RABBIT DISTRICT

ALL that area in the Otago and Southland Land Districts and the Counties of Clutha and Southland containing 168,600 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the right bank of the Mimiha Stream (North Branch) with the western boundary of Block IV, Slopedown Survey District, and proceeding generally north-easterly along the right bank of that stream to a point in line with the southern boundary of Section 25, Block II, Slopedown Survey District; thence north-easterly to and generally easterly along the southern boundary of that Section 25 and the southern boundaries of Sections 15, 14, and 12, Block II aforesaid, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the south-western corner of Section 15, Block I, Slopedown Survey District; thence generally north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of that Section 15 and Section 14, Block I aforesaid, to the northernmost corner of that Section 14; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 14 and 13, Block I aforesaid, to the easternmost corner of that Section 13; thence south-easterly along a right
