A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Northcote-Albany Motorway.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 2 roods 32·6 perches situated in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 26558, being part Allotment 200, Parish of Takapuna; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4161 (S.O. 43087) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of November 1961.
