A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of November 1961.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Wakamarina Survey District, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being

0 0 8·1 Part Sections 118 and 122, Town of Havelock;

coloured orange on plan.

0 0 2·6 Part Section 113, Town of Havelock; coloured blue on plan.

0 0 0·5 Part Section 12, Town of Havelock; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4121 (S.O. 4535) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of November 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of November 1961.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Waitohu Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

0 0 0·06 Part Lot 8, D.P. 705, being part Manawatu-Kukutauaki 4A; coloured orange on plan.

0 0 24·5 Part Section 17A; coloured orange on plan.

0 1 6·4 Part Section 19; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4064 (S.O. 25026) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4064 (S.O. 25026) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured and edged as above mentioned.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 1 rood situated in Block XIII, Wai-iti Survey District, and Block I, Gordon Survey District, Nelson R.D., being part Section 95, Square 5, and part Section 55, District of Upper Motueka; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3248 (S.O. 10101) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
