A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General
Government, subject to the building-line condition imposed by
Order in Council No. 291, Wellington Land Registry; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 13th day of November 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of public
offices, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens
of the City of Napier from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 13th day of November 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the
land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty
the Queen by John Maxwell Patrick Ryan, of Christchurch,
poultry farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease, R.L.F.
No. 515, Volume 635, folio 66, Canterbury Land Registry, is
hereby taken for prison purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of
November 1961.

shall vest in the Waitaki Hospital Board as from the date
hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of November
1961.
