A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for education purposes (care-
taker's residence), subject as to the land first described to a
building-line restriction imposed by notice No. 325469, and
subject to and together with as to the land first described cer-
tain rights created in and by memorandum of transfer No.
334411, Canterbury Land Registry; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day
of November 1961.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Christchurch,
Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

marked M.O.W. 3993 (S.O. 9862) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the
land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Herbert Alfred
Lee, of New Plymouth, electrician, under and by virtue of
memorandum of lease No. 17998, is hereby taken for a second-
ary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 6th day of November 1961.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 25·84 perches situ-
ated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., and being
Lot 1, D.P. 6686, being part Section G, New Plymouth Town

Land Registry.

Land and Easements Over Land Taken for Education Purposes
in Block VI, Culverden Survey District, Subject to a Build-
ing-line Restriction
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for education purposes,
subject to a building-line restriction imposed by notice
No. 398828, Canterbury Land Registry; and I also proclaim
and declare that an easement for education purposes is hereby
taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto,
vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right,
liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity (in common with
the owners or occupants for the time being of the balance of
the land in certificate of title, Volume 821, folio 95, Canterbury
Land Registry, their servants, tenants, agents, and workmen)
to take water from the well adjoining the south-western
boundary of the land described in the said Second Schedule,
and for that purpose to lay, construct, place, and maintain a
line of pipes along, under, or over the land described in the said
Second Schedule, such easement to be held appurtenant to the
land described in the said First Schedule; and I also hereby
proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for
education purposes over the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and
free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to use,
inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain the existing septic
tank on and under the land described in the said Third
Schedule, and to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect,
cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes under,
along, and across the land described in the said Third Schedule
to such septic tank and to use the said line of pipes for the
unimpeded conveyance of sewage through the said pipes to
the said septic tank, such easement to be held appurtenant to
the land described in the said First Schedule; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 6th day of November 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 39·8 perches situated
in Block VI, Culverden Survey District, Canterbury R.D.,
being part Section 41, Culverden Township; coloured orange
on plan.

ALL that piece of land containing 5·5 perches situated in
Block VI, Culverden Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being
part Section 41, Culverden Township; coloured blue on plan.

City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General
Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 6th day of November 1961.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 9 perches situated in the
City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Section 515,
Town of Wellington. All certificate of title, Volume 20, folio
2, Wellington Land Registry.
