Crown Land Set Apart for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block XIV, Waitaki Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road, and the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of November 1961.

FIRST SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Waitaki Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P.
Being
1 0 27·4 Parts Reserves 2915 and 4426 and Part Reserve 3723; coloured blue on plan.
2. 0 36 Part bed of Waitaki River; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3957 (S.O. 9790) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

SECOND SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods situated in Block XIV, Waitaki Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Reserves 2915, 3723, and 4426; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3957 (S.O. 9790) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of October 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of November 1961.

SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 6 acres 1 rood 25 perches situated in Block I, Milford Survey District, being part Fiordland National Park and being part Section 1; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3964 (S.O. 6708) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of October 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a quarry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of November 1961.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 7 acres and 14·2 perches situated in Block I, Mangamuka Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 49, D.P. 7196 and being part Te Karae No. 2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3574 (S.O. 42927) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto and the land held for State housing purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for teachers’ residences; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of November 1961.

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in the Borough of Kawerau, described as follows:

ALL that piece of land containing 29·2 perches situated in the Borough of Kawerau, being Lot 103, D.P. S. 4502, being part Allotment 315, Parish of Matata. Part certificate of title, Volume 1206, folio 141, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of October 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to memorandum of lease No. 9541 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registry) for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of November 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay, R.D., and being Lot 43, D.P. 4219, part Ahuriri Lagoon Reserve, Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 59, folio 86.

ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches situated in the Borough of Inglewood, Taranaki R.D., being Lot 18, D.P. 8878, part Section 105, Moa District. Part certificate of title, Volume 252, folio 96, Taranaki Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of October 1961.
