Approval of Testing Officer Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940

Limited Speed Zones Declared

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*

SCHEDULE

Situated within Whangarei County at Marsden Point and One Tree Point:

Marsden Point Road (from a point 16 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said road from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 18 chains measured southerly generally along the said road from Lyons Road).

One Tree Point Road (from Black Bridge to a point 40 chains measured northerly generally along the said road from Pyles Road).
