Pursuant to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the lands described in the First and Second Schedules hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of the Arthur's Pass National Park, and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with by the Arthur's Pass National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of road called River Plate Road situated in Block XIII, Tarawera Survey District, and Block I, Paeroa Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 24 of the aforesaid Block XIII and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 73 chains and terminating at the northernmost corner of Section 45 of the aforesaid Block I.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3836 (S.O. 37174) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Christchurch City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to a condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street within a distance of 15 ft from the side lines of the said street.

Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Lower Hutt City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street off Rimu Street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 5 to 12 of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 3777 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 15 ft, or on Lots 2 and 3 of the said subdivision within a distance of 13 ft, from the side lines of the said street.
