A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 3 acres 3 roods 9' 3 perches situated in Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District, Westland R.D., adjoining public road; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3835 (S.O. 5081) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of September 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 1st day of July 1959, to be road.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a motorway to be constructed in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, viz., the Newton Gully-Dominion Road Motorway, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 3838 referred to in the Schedule hereto.
