A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Otago Land District
All that piece of land containing 11-7 perches situated in Block XII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, Otago R.D., being Crown land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3872 (S.O. 13006) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of September 1961.
