A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of October 1961.

SCHEDULE
Taranaki Land District
All that piece of land containing 2 roods 2 perches situated in Block XIII, Huiroa Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being Lots 2 and 13, Block I (D.P. 20), Midhurst West Township. All certificate of title, Volume 6, folio 117, Taranaki Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of September 1961.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of October 1961.

Canterbury Land District
All that piece of land containing 2 acres 3 roods 23·7 perches situated in Block XII, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 10, D.P. 16652, being part Rural Section 1605; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3833 (S.O. 9854) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for broadcasting purposes (transmitting station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of October 1961.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land containing 12 acres 3 roods 39·6 perches situated in Block X, Rangaunu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 4, D.P. 43276, being part Maxwell's Grant; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3832 (S.O. 42873) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 31 of the Finance Act (No. 3) 1944, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pumping station and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Paparua as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of October 1961.

SCHEDULE
Canterbury Land District
All that piece of land containing 25·7 perches situated in Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 21, D.P. 15897, part Rural Section 874; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3738 (S.O. 9762) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
