Blenheim Borough Council

Notice of Intention to Take Land

In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.
Notice is hereby given that the Blenheim Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a service lane running south from Arthur Street; and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council situate in Alfred Street, Blenheim, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands, who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Alfred Street, Blenheim.

In the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and the Public Works Act 1908.
Notice is hereby given that the Malvern County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute certain public works, namely, new road formation in Coalgate Township and the widening of corners on the Kirkstyle Corner - Selwyn Bridge section of the main Coalgate Road; and for the purposes of such public works the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the said Council situated in Darfield, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

Notice of Intention to Take Land

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
Notice is hereby given that the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Alexandra (hereinafter called "the said Coporation") proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objection to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk of the said Corporation.

Borough of Tuakau

Town and Country Planning Act 1953

Tuakau Borough District Scheme Approved
Pursuant to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme, under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the Tuakau Borough was approved by the Council, by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 13th day of September 1961, after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the Board had been incorporated.
The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 30th day of September 1961.
Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the Council's office and in every public library in the district and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

Town and Country Planning Act 1953

Public Notification of the Dannevirke County District Scheme
Public notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Dannevirke County Council made on the 10th day of March 1959, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to the County of Dannevirke. The scheme has been deposited in the offices of the Council, Denmark Street, Dannevirke, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act, and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 31st day of December 1961. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing if he notifies the County Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.
