Land, Noxious Weeds, Maori Trustee, Bankruptcy




Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Te Kaha Development Scheme)

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that, on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 13 January 1932 and published in the Gazette, 21 January 1932, Volume I, page 115.

Plant Declared Noxious Weed in Tauranga County
(Notice No. Ag. 7389)

Pursuant to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said section, hereby publishes the following special order made by the Tauranga County Council on the 4th day of September 1961.

SPECIAL ORDER

That the resolution of the 17th day of July 1961 be confirmed and that, pursuant to the provisions of section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Tauranga County Council hereby declares, by way of special order, the following plant to be a noxious weed within the Tauranga County:

Boxthorn (Lycium ferocissimum).

Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953

Pursuant to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of unclaimed moneys derived from the Waiauiki Maori Land Court District, and held by him, has been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at Whangarei, Auckland, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, Palmerston North, and Christchurch, in the office of the District Officer of the Department of Maori Affairs at Hamilton, and in all suboffices of the Department, where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of a fee.
