Crown Land Set Apart for an Automatic Telephone Exchange
in Blocks IX and XIII, Christchurch Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of September 1961.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 39·8 perches situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Reserve 331; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3648 (S.O. 9838) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of September 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Frank Crossley, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 163, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing on 1 May 1873 and ending on 30 April 1972, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of September 1961.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 21·6 perches situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 1 of Section 34, City of Auckland, and being part land on D.P. 5243. All leasehold certificate of title, Volume 1109, folio 179, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Robert Wyeth, of Orawia, cheesemaker, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 193, folio 34, Southland Land Registry, is hereby taken for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of September 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Sydney George Attfield and Sydney George Attfield, the younger, of Clyde, farmers, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 386, folio 10, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for broadcasting purposes (transmitting station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of September 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a sports ground, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Marlborough as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of September 1961.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre situated in Block X, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being all the land on D.P. 970, being part Section 80, Wairau West Registration District. All certificate of title, Volume 26, folio 121, Marlborough Land Registry.
