Pursuant to section 15 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve the following appointments, promotions, extensions of commissions, transfers, cancellation of commission, and retirement of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

Appointment
Flight Lieutenant Raymond Reginald Black (72062) to be temporary Squadron Leader, with effect from 7 August 1961.
Promotions

Adjustment of Seniority
The seniority of Derk Pieter Rodenburg (77259) in the rank of Flight Lieutenant is to date from 4 June 1960 instead of 27 April 1960.

Appointment of the Willsher Domain Board to Control and Manage a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the
Willsher Domain Board
