Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Block VIII, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough County

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 36 perches situated in Block VIII, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being part Section 1, Wairau Registration District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3688 (S.O. 4536) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL those portions of road situated in Block VIII, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
30 3 2 Sections 2, 3, 4, 18, and 19, and part Section 5.
5 1 11 Part Section 44, Picton Suburban Registration District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3687 (S.O. 4522) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 1 rood 27 perches situated in Block XII, Kaupokonui Survey District, Taranaki R.D., adjoining or passing through part Lot 1, D.P. 836, being part Section 16, Block XII, and part Section 26, Block XII; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3611 (S.O. 9211) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Revoking a Previous Proclamation as to Part, Taking Land for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Dannevirke

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke a previous Proclamation as to part, dated the 28th day of February 1961 and published in Gazette, 9 March 1961, No. 18, page 381, taking land for State housing purposes in the Borough of Dannevirke, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2·26 perches situated in the Borough of Dannevirke, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part of Suburban Section 29, Dannevirke; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3622 (S.O. 3418) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of August 1961.
