Land Proclaimed as Road in Block VII, Titirangi Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 6·9 perches, situated in Block VII, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 16, D.P. 29204, and being part Allotment 92, Waikomiti Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3575 (S.O. 42217) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of August 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also hereby take the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

Land Taken

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 33·6 perches situated in Block XI, Waiau Survey District, Southland R.D., being part Section 18, Maori Hill Settlement; coloured orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated in the plan marked M.O.W. 3586 (S.O. 6705) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of September 1961.
