Change of the Purpose of a Reserve to Recreation Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Spencer Park Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a youth holiday and recreation camp to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Spencer Park Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Amending Licence Authorising Rotoiti Scenic Tours Ltd. to Use and Occupy a Part of the Bed of Lake Rotoiti as a Site for a Jetty

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby amends the licence of 14 June 1961, published in the Gazette of 22 June 1961, page 890, licensing Rotoiti Scenic Tours Ltd. to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake Rotoiti as a site for a jetty, by omitting from clause 2 in the Schedule the words and figures "ten pounds (£10)" and substituting the words and figures "three pounds (£3)".
