A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the appurtenant water drainage easement over part Lot 27, D.P. S. 2599, created by transfer No. S. 91422, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, together with the benefit of the right of way created by memorandum of transfer No. 7591, Otago Land Registry, and subject to a condition as to the the building line imposed by Order in Council No. 7133, Otago Land Registry, to rights of batter created by memorandum of transfer No. 164916, Otago Land Registry, and to the easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 165668, Otago Land Registry, for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1961.
