Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block XII, Kaitieke Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1961.


SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block XII, Kaitieke Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Being

1 2 31·4 Part Section 29; coloured sepia on plan.

2 0 19·2 Part Section 29; coloured sepia, edged sepia, on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3372 (S.O. 24682) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of August 1961.

Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of One Tree Hill

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1961.


FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 15·34 perches situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of One Tree Hill, Auckland R.D., and being Section 47, Carroll Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.O. 21475 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.


SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 37·7 perches situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of One Tree Hill, Auckland R.D., and being Section 54, Carroll Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.O. 14155 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of August 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1961.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2 perches situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Albert, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 280, D.P. 38659, being part Allotment 52, Parish of Titirangi; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3417 (S.O. 42745) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of August 1961.

Crown Land Set Apart, Together With and Subject to Certain Rights, for State Housing Purposes in the City of Dunedin

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, together with the benefit of the right of way created by memorandum of transfer No. 7591, Otago Land Registry, and subject to a condition as to the building line imposed by Order in Council No. 7133, Otago Land Registry, to rights of batter created by memorandum of transfer No. 164916, Otago Land Registry, and to the easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 165668, Otago Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1961.
